THE BEATLES - 'ABBEY ROAD'
This wonderful sounding early UK pressing dates from late 1969 and is on the dark green Apple Records label: PCS 7088
The 'Her Majesty' song title is present on the side 2 label.
Matrix numbers: YEX 749-2 & YEX 750-1
Stamper codes: 6/GLO & 4/MHT
Vinyl weight: 135g
Housed in a fully laminated 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the Apple logo misaligned beneath the rear track-listing.
Complete with plain white 'Patent No..' inner-sleeve.

A spectacular set with just two faint spindle trails around each completely unworn centre hole.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Factory-fresh, deep-gloss playing surfaces which are totally unmarked and 'as new' in strong daylight with just a few of barely visible, harmless wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine upon close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp. Both sides of this immaculate looking disc lies 100% flat on the turntable and would be very tough to upgrade.
Sound Quality: MINT
This wonderful sounding copy has clearly been played just once or twice at most. The entire disc play with a warmth and transparency missing from nay other pressing of this album, including the new vinyl remasters. My playcheck found no trace of any playwear on any track or in either channel or indeed any clicks, pops or any other audible distractions which spoil the incredible audio of this copy. You will not be disappointed.
Cover: EXCELLENT
Stored since original purchase in a plastic sleeve, the entire cover retains an immaculate, unscratched high-gloss laminate all-round.
There are four 'thumbnail' wrinkles towards the front opening edge and and some further light wrinkles along the upper edge. All corners are sharp and unworn and both opening edges are free from any tears or feathering.
The rear panel has a bend in the upper right corner area but is without any 'thumbnails' or any other traces of wear.
Both seams are unstressed/unsplit and the spine is fully laminated along its entire length with both sets of text in perfect condition.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT +
Clean & uncreased with slight toning towards the edges but no writing, tears or seam splits.
