SLEEVE: Original factory picture sleeve - VG+ (or better!) has a single  pen line on side "B" (looks like it belongs there, but it doesn't)

All covers/picture sleeves have a non-acid insert (from Bags Unlimited) to keep the form as original; both cover/picture sleeve are enclosed in a sealed, polyethylene clear sleeve - also from Bags.
