LABELS:  n/a
SLEEVE: Original factory picture sleeve - NM (not "mint" but about as good as you're likely to find!) ... slight creasing, but not bad or troubling at all!...no seam splits...no discoloration - a really SUPER GREAT sleeve!
Book value (per Perry Cox, 2008) is:  $125
All covers/picture sleeves have a non-acid insert (from Bags Unlimited) to keep the form as original; both cover/picture sleeve are enclosed in a sealed, polyethylene clear sleeve - also from Bags.
