This really was the birth of progressive rock! It was the Beatles' 9th Lp and what an imapact it had. and still does have. Released on the 1st of June 1967, the album reached number 1 across the board, staying at number 1 for 23 weeks!! With a total of 148 weeks in the charts!!

(NICE EARLY PRESSING HERE!!!)
Vinyl: VG+... 152g. Lovely shine and as flat as the day it was bought. Just a couple of visible marks to the vinyl, with faint, whispy marks to both sides. Just finished listening to side 1 and there's just a small amount of background crackle with the occasional incredibly light pop, which would be reduced or even negated with a professional clean...
A pure joy to listen to.
Labels: EX+ Lovely and clean. Only very light spindle marks evident when angled to the light, with barely ANY hole wear to either side. "KT" tax code to side 1.

Inner Sleeve: VG. It is the ORIGINAL 'Fools Inner'....These are getting increasingly hard to find. This one has kept it's vibrant red & white colour without much wear to it at all...Unfortunatley has a splits to each side, otherwise she would grade at EX+!!
Cut-Outs: Near Mint. Nothing else needs to be said!!!
Cover: EX-. The front cover is still lovely and bright, as is the back cover and the inner picture. Just some very slight rubbing to the corners. Only 3 very small half crescents of spidering to the front and back-visible only when angled towards the light. 5 small fingers of spidering from the spine. I am being incredibly critical as well as honest as possible, so bid with confidence.
SHE STILL OPENS WITH THE LOVELY CRACKLE-AS IF BEING OPENED FOR THE 1ST TIME.
Really is a lovely cover.
