I am selling off my entire Beatles and rock and roll record and CD collection that I have been collecting for over 30 years. Up for bid is the RAREST Beatles picture sleeve Can't Buy Me Love/You Can't Do That!!! I bought this sleeve about 15 years ago from a fanatical picture sleeve record collector in New York City!

Condition: This picture sleeve is super clean Near Mint condition! Definitely a grade above the sleeve that I sold a few weeks ago. The only flaws are just the slightest and I mean slightest of record indention.  You literally have to look at it at a 120 degree angle to notice it.  The other flaws are some very minor crinkling on the upper right part of the Can't Buy side where the black border is. No seam splits, rips, rough edges, holes, gouges, crinkling, bends, or tears.   THIS SLEEVE IS perfect and looks fab!  I've included tons of photos so you no believers can believe or continue to disbelieve.  Nothing to hide here folks.  This sleeve has always had an inner thin piece of cardboard housed inside the sleeve to keep it straight and true and to prevent any accidental bending.  The sleeve itself has always been housed inside a plastic japanese mylar sleeve.  See the pics for a better look.  I've included many photos that feature close ups so you know I'm not exaggerating the condition of the sleeve. 

The vinyl is in very nice VG+ condition with some minor surface scratches, hairlines and scuffs. The Capitol vinyl from this era is notorious for leaving the manufacturing plant with hairlines in the deadwax.  This copy does not! The gorgeous Capitol swirl labels are beautiful with no tears.  Just one 1/4" light spot on the label.

Don't you hate it when the dealer tells you that it's "MINT" and they post really crappy photos and you end up getting a dog sleeve?  Or even worse is that one picture that only includes one side of the sleeve and is so far away that even a crap sleeve looks clean. I hate when that happens!  What I hate even more is getting ripped off and buying a rotten sleeve that was supposedly mint!  I am very picky when it comes to grading and grade to Goldmine standards. I absolutely hate it when dealers ameliorate the condition of the vinyl!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially when I am the buyer!!
