The nicest condition I've ever seen on this particular West Coast sleeve variation. The sleeve (with the West Coast "thumb cut" edge) is in excellent to near-mint condition; bright and glossy with no notable wear except for a couple of extremely light creases. The vinyl is near-mint with perfect labels.
