The Beatles:  Complete 1964 Ed Sullivan Show Performances on CBS-TV

Zap Records bootleg release ZAP-0514.

Dead wax reads ZAP-0514-A on side 1, ZAP-0514-B on side 2.

Captures in full the legendary live performances of The Beatles from two different nights: 09 and 16 Feb 1964.  (A young teenager at the time, I well remember watching both nights as America was introduced to The Beatles.  A frantic, extraordinary scene on both occasions !!!)

Rare, extraordinary bootleg, in excellent mono.

Includes the original folded paper insert, documenting the shows and set lists, in near mint condition.

Side 1 label features a "rainbow" logo, a clever takeoff on the original Capitol rainbow colored band labels.  Side 2 is a generic white.

This scarce LP is featured in the Hot Wacks book compilations of recommended bootleg releases.  Hot Wacks, a Canada based publication, was my bible for guidance on "alternate label" recordings.  

Vinyl:  NM

The wax plays and looks just shy of "like new".  A few light superficial surface marks are visible under bright light but do not significantly impact sound.  Excellent mono sound throughout.

Labels are clean. 

Note:  I added the numbers "1" and "2" neatly in ink on the labels, to identify the sides.
