RARE THIN RED VINYL COATING ON AN ALUMINIUM 8" DISC
CONTAINING AN UNRELEASED VERSION OF A CLASSIC
The acetate is pressed onto aluminium with a red vinyl coating giving it a very fragile lifespan.
The item was pressed in studio ahead of any formal release and is considered mega-rare in the world of Beatles Collecting. Due to the very thin red vinyl coating around the aluminium this is an extremely fragile item and needs to be well looked after so that a guaranteed long life can occur.
One both sides a few small feelable tiny bubbles have appeared. On the playing side the track plays straight through apart from one crackle noise half way through and then a repeat - although this has only been played once with a deliberately light stylus. The track is of huge interest to Beatles fans as it contains John struggling to reach a note and then laughing briefly. The track (with a count-in) also later appeared in the BEATLES ANTHOLOGY series -
