Estate find.
The Official Beatles Fan Club "The Beatles' Christmas Record", Lyntone Recordings, LYN 492, a one-sided 7" 33 1/3 r.p.m. flexi disc, inits original gatefold paper cover, which doubles as "National Newsletter No. 2, Christmas, 1963.
The address given for the Fan Club is: First Floor, Service House, 13 Monmouth Street, London, W.C.2.
The record is in virtually unplayed condition, however it is marred by a pressing dimple near the very beginning of the recorded side. It does play through without skipping on my vintage Empire turntable, but the dimple is fairly loud on each revolution. It does not drown out the musical opening however. The rest of the record plays M-.
Condition of cover is VG+++: minor edge wear; otherwise clean & sturdy.
