Description
THE BEATLES
1963 UK **FAN CLUB FLEXI DISC**
National Newsletter No.2 Christmas 1963
**Excellent Condition**
The Cover
The printed gatefold newsletter cover is very hard to find in this condition as it has retained it's original deep yellow colour. For this reason I would describe the cover as in *excellent condition*.
The cover is clean with unworn edges and no obvious scratches or writing, just a few signs of aging that you would expect from a record of this age. Both staples are clean & unrusted and there are no splits or tears. It's you see it in the photos.
The Disc
The label is unmarked and in Excellent condition.
This 1-sided, 33 1/3rpm flexi-disc was mailed out to
UK fan club members only in December 1963.
Pressed on a custom blue and white 'Lyntone Recordings' label: LYN 492
Matrix number: LYN 492-1U
This is a very rare disc as only 25,000 copies were ever printed and it was never sold on general release in the shops.
The disc has specially recorded messages by each member of the group, recorded at Abbey Road studios.
This is a 'Must Have' for any Beatles collector.
Any questions please ask!
