 PLEASE NOTE I`M NOT AN EXPERT BUT I’VE BEEN COLLECTING FOR

 ALMOST 50 YEARS. NOW IT’S TIME TO MAKE SOME SPACE BECAUSE,

(LIKE MOST SERIOUS COLLECTORS), I HAVE JUST TOO MUCH STUFF.

Vinyl Condition: Excellent

Flat, no writing or staining.  No marks other than the 'mottled' 

appearance of the vinyl which seems to be normal on 60 year 

old flexi discs - plays very well no sticks or jumps.

 Sleeve Condition: VG+

 (Clean sleeve, no writing, slight staining front top left, flip-back is perfect, l corners and three edge are near perfect, but slight damage to entry point, 

(4 very small tears through overuse, but overall in Very Good++ condition

Strictly Graded Using RECORDCOLLECTOR Grading System

Grading System:  Ihave used Record Collector magazine set of standards for the condition ofsecond-hand records.

I have added a(+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.

MINT:   The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks ordeterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyricsheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealedor Unplayed should be Mint.  (NOTE: As faras I am concerned MINT will never apply to second hand vinyl records).

EXCELLENT:   The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is verylittle lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slightwear and/or creasing.

VERYGOOD:   The record has obviously been played manytimes, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeablesurface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on thecover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD:   The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeablydeteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover andcontents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration,etc.

FAIR:   The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properlyand displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover andcontents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR:   The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise,etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD:   The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use asa collection-filler.

I try to grade all records in accordance with the Rare Record PriceGuide (see above). However if you feel I have graded your record incorrectlyplease email me ASAP so we can resolve the problem amicably.

Post & Packaging - I try to recycle all packaging soyou may get your goods in a recycled packaging / cardboard container. All itemsover £15 are sent ‘Signed For’ and I always obtain a ‘Certificate of Posting’for cheaper items. All items are securely and properly packaged and vinyl issent using double corrugated cardboard stiffeners.
