Description

Official UK Beatles Fan Club Northern Regional newsletter - folded 4 page - sent out to a member living in Sale,  Cheshire (now Greater Manchester) in summer 1965 by the band's original fan club secretary Freda Kelly.
Freda remained in Liverpool when the band moved to London in March 1964. The National Fan Club office moved with  them, but Freda stayed on as Northern Regional fan club secretary. (In the latter stages of the band's career, control  of the entire club reverted to her.)
The volume of mail coming in and going out meant she was no longer able to hand-sign the letters as she had with the  September 1964 newsletter (see my other items), but the address given is Freda's home address. Soon afterwards she would start using a PO Box address.
Very good condition. See photo.
