This is a 1964 UK original Mono LP pressing. It has a front laminated gatefold sleeve which has inner flipbacks. It has an outlined "Mono" on the front. It comes with its original tracing paper lined "Emitex" company inner sleeve.
The record is pressed on thick vinyl & has yellow & black "Parlophone" labels. They have "The Parlophone Co. Ltd...", "Recording First.." and "Sold in UK..." texts. The record has 1st press XEX 503-4N and XEX 504-4N matrix numbers. The mother stampers are ROD 1 and ROH 1 respectively.
Gatefold Sleeve: There is some light to mild rubbing wear at the corner tips. There is some light to mild creasing at the bottom right corner of the front sleeve. There is some light or mild ringwear. VG+ condition
Vinyl: There are some light or mild sleeve rubs which can be seen under a strong light. The inner sleeve has left some light or very mild marks on the vinyl in some areas. Side 1 has one light, but more noticeable, 9 cm hairline mark. There are 3 other light hairline marks that measure 3 cm to 6 cm in length. VG condition. There is a period "Wells Music Shop" stamp on Side 2's label. Otherwise, the labels are in VG++ condition & show mild spindle wear. The Emitex company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light or mild ringwear, fading & creasing.
I have fully play tested this LP. It plays VG+ to Near Excellent overall & Excellent in some places. There is some light or very mild crackle in some quieter places.
