I have looked in detail at the LP and managed to find on the dead wax on Side 1 the number 4 on the left and the letters G and D on the right.
On Side 2 on the left hand side is the number 5 and on the right the letters AD.
On the label either side of the hole are the raised letters K AND T. The vinyl itself looks to be in extremely good condition with no sign of any scratches or blemishes at all.
