You are bidding on an LP.  Beatles, The – Beatles For Sale, very good condition cover and very good+ vinyl (see notes below).  The item will be well packaged in a record mailer with 2 stiffeners (the vinyl removed and placed in a white paper sleeve to prevent seam splits) and sent immediately upon payment.  First Class postage in the UK, 'Standard International' to other destinations (see below).  I have tried to be as honest as I can about its condition but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

ABOUT THE BEATLES RECORDS:  For sale is a good selection of Beatles records of varying quality.  The vinyl gradings range from VG+ to NM.  Although some of the vinyl does have surface marks the overall playback quality is excellent for all the records with some light crackle in places, mostly audible on the quiet parts.  The vinyl for this 'Beatles For Sale' record has light surface/sleeve removal marks and playback is superb with barely any background noise.

This is The Beatles 'Beatles For Sale' UK LP on the Parlophone label from 1964.  The cover is still in very good condition with some creasing and scuffing.  The labels are in excellent condition with signs of spindle marks.  The vinyl has 1st press matrix numbers (see below).  The vinyl looks very good+ (overall), bright and clean with light surface/sleeve removal marks.  Playback is superb with virtually no surface noise except some very light crackle in places.  If you are intending to make a bid please play and listen to the audio of the record to judge for yourself.

Rare original 1st press release on Parlophone records (PMC 1240) from 1964
Laminated gatefold cover
Original 'Emitex' polylined inner sleeve
First pressing black and yellow Parlophone label with ''The Parlophone Co.'' in the perimeter and ''Sold in the UK'' in the middle
This album has one of the first known appearances of 'gatefold' sleeve record packaging, but opens from the inside
Playback is superb with virtually no surface noise except some very light crackle in places

Vinyl notes:
Both sides have been played on a Rega RP1 turntable with an Ortofon OM5E cartridge (tracking weight: 1.5g - 2.0g) and listened to on a pair of high end Sennheiser headphones.

A-side:
Virtually no surface noise, excellent playback

B-side:
Virtually no surface noise, excellent playback

In general the vinyl is very good+ (overall).  It looks really bright and clean with light surface/sleeve removal marks.  Playback is superb with virtually no surface noise except some very light crackle in places.

I tend to be over critical of a records condition as it is not my intention to misrepresent what I am selling.  I want the buyer to feel what they have bought is as described although not everyones opinion of its condition will be the same as mine.
