Description
The Beatles "Beatles For Sale" first pressing released on December 4, 1964 for the Christmas holiday; Parlophone PMC 1240, gatefold mono LP, fully playgraded (plays VG to VG+ on both sides), this is for the collector who simply wants an original copy in "playable" condition; the cover is VG with some spine softening and a bit of a curl to the front flap, fully laminated front and back (note the back cover has the sharp-focus photo of The Beatles before the edges were feathered-out; the record has lots of scuffs and scratches (nothing major) but plays well; comes with a vintage U.K. generic inner sleeve; the KT tax stamp is embossed by the spindle hole on Side 2; this copy is Spizer-cataloged as PAR 1240.MC1A (cover) and PAR 1240.MR1A(ii) (record); priced to go.
