THE BEATLES: 'FROM THEN TO YOU' - THE BEATLES CHRISTMAS RECORD - ORIGINAL UK **1st ISSUE** 1970 CHRISTMAS FAN CLUB LP - LYN 2153/LYN 2154 - **COMPLETE IN ITS ORIGINAL MAILING ENVELOPE**!

In PRISTINE condition, this is a RARE and UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY to purchase this TOP INVESTMENT QUALITY Example of this 1970 UK 1st Issue of The Beatles 'From Then To You' Official UK Christmas FAN CLUB Vinyl LP. This rarity is Additionally ESSENTIAL because it comes in its ORIGINAL Brown Mailing Envelope, in which is was mailed out to the relevant Beatles Fan Club member at the time, retaining its Original Liverpool Postmark printed ‘Liverpool 12.1.71’(scan 5).

‘From Then To You’ is on the Dark Green Apple Label, with a half Apple on side 2, and features all seven of The Beatles Christmas messages from 1963 through to 1969. The official side 1 stamped matrix in the trail out groove is: LYN 2154, and the side 2 matrix is LYN 2153. The Vinyl LP comes in its original Paper Inner Sleeve and is housed in a SUPERB Laminated Picture Sleeve featuring the Artwork of the 1963 Flexi Disc on the Front of the SNOW WHITE sleeve. The reverse of the sleeve displays black and white pictures of the other six 7" Flexi Disc sleeves. UNBELIEVABLY the album then slides neatly into its **ORIGINAL BROWN MAILING ENVELOPE**, in which it was mailed out to this Fan Club Member at the time! - The envelope still retains the original postmark, and shows the address of the receiver.

Now turning to the grading of this SIGNIFICANT example. Both sides of the record labels and both sides the Vinyl Disc are in DAZZLING **close to mint** condition. The labels are GORGEOUS, totally bright and unfaded, showing only a few very light spider marks. Both sides of the vinyl disc retains its original deep shine – STUNNING and as Near Perfect as you find, with absolutely no scratches or scuffs of any kind. The sleeve is also in SUPERB condition, showing only very mild record indentation to the front, and a couple of mild creases to the top and bottom corners. In all honesty, we have never seen one without any creasing, as this occurred during mailing, simply where the album was inserted and mailed in this very flimsy brown mailing envelope, with only one thin card support to the inside of the envelope. Interestingly, the mild creasing on the sleeve matches that of the creasing on the mailing envelope, which authenticates that the pair have been together since the date of issue! The front and reverse of the sleeve are still extremely WHITE and PRESERVED, and all the print and images are still very VIVID and not faded in any way. The Brown Mailing Envelope again is in SUPERB condition, apart from where it was excitedly opened by the Fan Club member at the time, which has damaged the top opening flap of the envelope!

A VERY SPECIAL Package, In our opinion it would be hard to find a better example of this IMPRESSIVE Complete Package – An EXCEPTIONAL find in its original Mailing Envelope – The album has obviously been very carefully stored away by its previous owner until now – MAGICAL and not to be repeated!
