Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
George Harrison-"Shanghai Surprise", a one sided limited edition (only 99 copies of this were pressed!) UK promo 45, released in 1986. There is no manufacturer listed on the labels. Authentic, with the red label on the flip side and "SHANGHAI 1 A-1C-1- -1" stamped in the dead wax. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in VG+ condition, with several light marks. Vinyl still retains it's full gloss. Labels show light age/ring wear, nothing major. This will come in it's original black sleeve. Extremely hard to find 45 and a must for the serious George/Beatles collection.
