Grading:
Disc: (Side 1: Very good double plus/Side 2: Very good double plus):  The disc is very glossy, completely flat and looks lightly played only.  No deep scratches or scuffs at all. The disc is ultra heavy (175 grams).
Disc labels: (Side 1: Near mint/Side 2: Near mint): The labels are very clean. No stickers, No marks and NO writing.
Sleeve: (Near mint minus): The gatefold sleeve is very clean front and back.  Bottom and top seams are superb. Four corners are all sharp. The inside gatefold is stiff and clean. NO seam splits. Spine is also fantastic. Someone must have removed the outer bag as there is an erased number is the top left hand corner on the front. The outer bag is in excellent plus condition.
The original Capitol Records olive green inner sleeve is also included.  It is in near mint minus condition with a 2 ½ inch split at the bottom.

TERMS:
- Payment: Winning bidder should contact us within 3 days of the auction’s ending. Auction must be paid 7 days after the auction closes unless other arrangements are made. If not, a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be submitted to eBay and the auction will be considered null and void.

Grading: We are conservative graders and try to be as concise and as accurate as possible without a lot of the standard hype.  We will never explain the condition of an item by saying it "looks good for something this old" as we consider that patronizing and an insult to potential buyers. Please ask us questions about any details about the item before bidding.

Shipping:
Packaging: All items are professionally packaged with high quality unused materials for shipment. No items will ever be loose in their shipping cartons. Records that are not sealed in their original shrink-wrap will never be shipped in their original jackets. All vinyl will be in poly-lined sleeves and outside of their original jackets so that no seam splitting can result from the shipping process.

Shipping charges for vinyl discs, posters and memorabilia include the cost of postage and boxes with extra padding. Good packaging is not cost effective but we insist upon safe and secure packaging. We do not want you to receive damaged items!
- STILL SEALED items cannot be returned unless they are STILL SEALED. No exceptions.

To see our complete listings of rare Beatles and rock and roll vinyl and memorabilia, visit www.microgrooverecords.com. Please contact us with all questions prior to bidding and we will be more than happy to address each and every issue.
