Firstly a bit of history of the album.....HELP was the BEATLES'  5th album coming out on the 6th August 1965. The premier of the album was played in London on the 29th July. Once again reaching the top spot in all record magazines of that era...as they had done with the previous four albums!

Matrix Number Side 1: XEX 549-2
Matrix Number Side 2: XEX 550-2

Mothers/Stampers Side 1: ADT @ 3 O'clock  6 at 9 O'clock
Mothers/Stampers Side 2: AOL @ 3 O'clock  29 at 9 O'clock

Vinyl:
QUALITY 162g HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL
VG++. I grade this as such due to just light needle marks and light scuffing to both sides BUT nothing AT ALL to affect playback....Still sounds great!...Nice and quiet inbetween tracks as well as the run in.
Still has the glorious sheen and is lovely and flat.

Labels: EX-. Lovely and clear... Only light spindle marks.
 "KT" tax code, nice and bold to side one.
 Outer text "The Gramophone co.LTD" it DOES have the "Sold in the uk.." text.
Really nice-Very light, minimal hole wear and no writing or scratches etc.

NOW HERE IS THE UNUSUAL PART: THE LABELS HAVE TWO DIFFERENT TYPFACES!!! PLEASE SEE THE DEATILED PHOTO'S-THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN OFTEN AT ALL.
VERY NICE INDEED

Cover: VG++. An lovely example. Strong corners, with some dings and rubbing to them.
 NO WRITING ANYWHERE!!!
Only a very slight amount of feathering near the opening-with a small tear of 1.5cm. Carries some discolouration to the cover and back card.
Very strong and clear spine.
Wonderully strong Garrod & Lofthouse flipbacks with the rarer:
"Patents Pending"
 Overall, LOVELY.

Inner:  EX-! ORIGINAL "Use Emitex" inner, with a the much rarer "PATENTS APPLIED FOR" print to it too.
Just discolouration from age-and a little name to one side.
The plastic lining has certainly kept this record in a wonderful condition.

ALL IN ALL THIS IS A SOLID EXAMPLE OF A QUALITY RECORD, WITH THE RARER TWO DIFFERENT TYPE FONTS.
