The Beatles - Help!  .

Label: Parlaphone, PCS 3071, stereo recording.

Labels - Black and Yello, with Sold in U.K. statement, KT embossed on side 2 (the K is almost impossible to see due to placement, T is more easily seen and felt)

Matrix is YEX 168-1/YEX 169-1, Stampers are 3 OM (a little faint on side 1, but I think that's what they are)/1 MA, asterix on "I Need You" is before the song title, which is a primary indication of a later pressing.

Condition: Vinyl is VG on side one - there is a very noticeable mark that rund through the last two tracks, but it is not deep or audible on play back.  There is another noticeable mark on side one that create light tickson "I Need You".  Side 2 is a solid VG+ to VG++, no marks a couple of light scuffs and plays fine. Labels are pretty clean, not much wear in the spindle area. This has been play tested and sounds nice.  I have included sound clips for  "I Need You" and "You're Gonna Lose That Girl", which is where the more significant mark on side 1 starts to give you an idea on play back.

Sleeve - VG+ Laminate sleeve with Garrod and Lofthouse, flips show some wear and a little ring wear on back. Name written neatly on back in upper right. Front has a little very light ring wear, and some wear at record opening. Corners in general are pretty nice, no splits or broken seams.

Condition Guide - all records visually graded unless noted:

Sealed - Still sealed in orginal shrink. If there are any breaks in the shrink, it will be noted.
Near Mint (NM) - my best grade for anything that has been opened; has no visual marks, spindle area is clean, with no trail marks.
Excellent - Will shows signs of very light play - maybe a trail mark or two, but that's it - vinyl itself is visually clean and will play well.
VG++ - same as above,but maybe a mark or two on the vinyl will be noted.

Anything else will be lower - with more comprehensive notes on exact nature of issues.

Sleeves will be graded in a similar fashion - NM will have nice sharp corners, clean on both sides, no ringwear or cuts. You can probably figure the rest out from here...
