Condition

Labels: EXCELLENT

Visual: EXCELLENT

Extremely clean, bright & glossy surfaces which when viewed in strong daylight display just 3 small & very light surface marks but no scratches to either side. Close & careful examination directly under my halogen desk lamp reveals nothing more than a sparkling rainbow gloss shine and a few wispy inner-sleeve removal paper hairlines on this well-looked after copy. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable on both sides, with no signs or dishing or warping.

Play: EXCELLENT

This great sounding copy has received just very careful play on good quality equipment and the sound is clean and totally crackle-free throughout. Both run-ins and all bands play without intereference and even the easily and frequently damaged 'Yesterday' plays without any significant deterioration to its fragile sound. A copy to change your mind about this much maligned mono mix.

Cover

EXCELLENT -

Obviously from a non-smoking household, this fine example retains its 'as new' whiteness with no discolouration, front or rear. The front lamimate is perfectly clean with just a single tiny 'thumbnail' towards the opening edge and a tiny pinhead spot between John & George which is actually under the laminate. Except for a tiny bruise to the lower right corner, all are clean & square. The rear opening edge has a few small 'pushes' but both are clean with no tears or feathering. The rear panel itself is pristine white with the only blemish being a tiny number written above the catalogue number but there are absolutely no further marks or any missing paper. All flipbacks are 100% intact and undamaged, and both both seams and the fully worded spine and unsplit and in perfect condition.

NEMS Cover

VERY GOOD +

Some light wrinkles to the plastic but no holes or tears. The print is clean and bold with no missing letters.

Inner-sleeve

VERY GOOD

Clean and crisp with some storage creasing but no tears, writing or splits.
