CONDITION
Disc
Labels: NEAR MINT
An immaculate set with just a single spindle mark which is located around the side 2 centre hole. However, there are none on side 1 or any trace of wear to either centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Pristine, deep-gloss playing surfaces where the only significant visual blemish in strong daylight is a 5mm light surface mark on track 1 on side 2, but there are no scratches visible anywhere. Close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals only some harmless wispy paper hairlines consistent with inner-sleeve removal.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
This disc has clearly been barely if ever played and the sound quality matches that description. All tracks play cleanly and clearly with no trace of any groove/play wear distortion or background crackle/interference. The only distraction which caught my ear during my single careful play-check at volume were two faint ticks during 'You've Got To Hide Your Love Away' and two more on that same track's final chord. Apart from, the sound is flawless and would be tough to upgrade.
Cover: EXCELLENT
A 1st-class example of this easily blemished cover which retains a clean & unyellowed front panel with just a small handful of light 'thumbnail' wrinkles near the front opening edge and a faint bend towards the lower right corner. All corners are free from any heavy bumps or bruising and both opening edges are undamaged.
The rear panel is clean & white with just a small and faint water mark in the upper right corner. All flipbacks are perfectly clean & fully intact and both seams and the spine are smooth, unstressed and unworn.
Inner-sleeve: EXCELLENT
Crisp & flat light storage wrinkling but no tears, writing or seam splits.
