This is a lovely copy!
The sleeve is as close to mint as you will ever see. No damage whatsoever! A tiny amount of extremely light storage wear, otherwise perfect / as new!
The inner sleeve is mint / as new
The labels are superb - clean, with no damage or wear except for a few light spindle marks.
The record itself has a few very light surface marks, probably caused by the inner sleeve, and is properly graded as near mint.
You won't find a better example!

IMPORTANT NOTE********* I think I may have 'overcooked' my description of this item. Either that or I have mistakenly used my desription from another item. - This record and sleeve are CORRECTLY graded as EXCELLENT
I know this is very different to how I originally described it and I'm sorry for my mistake. I have informed the current highest bidder.
It is still a very nice copy, but has slightly more wear than originally described.
