Beatles Hey Jude b/w Revolution & Lennon Imagine US 45 RPM Apple sleeve

This auction is for 2 - 45's and 1 empty sleeve.
The first record is the Beatles first release on their new Apple record label.  "Hey Jude" b/w "Revolution"  the record is VG/VG+ and the sleeve is a "The Beatles on Apple" sleeve and is in VG++.
The second record is John Lennon - "Imagine" b/w "It's So Hard".  I believe this record is a later pressing on Capitol records - with the rim print inside the rainbow colorband.
The third item is just an empty sleeve.  Has "The Beatles on Apple on both sides but has no hole in the center.  There is also a "printed in U.S.A." on one side, but not the other. 
I was asked to take close up photos of the blank Apple sleeve to verify if it's original our not. I do not know if it is, so please look at the photos and if you have any questions, please ask before bidding.

I've had many people ask if the blank is original.  I do believe it is a custom sleeve - so please bid accordingly.
