The catalogue number 5327 and the Capitol logo appear in white in the upper right corner of the picture. The upper white rectangular box has "THE BEATLES" in blue and the song titles in purple.
"I Feel Fine" is the top and featured title on the open side of the sleeve whereas "She's A Woman" is featiured on the reverse side.
