Last month I began putting up for auction MANY BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVES & MATCHING 45 RPM RECORDS from my OWN VINYL COLLECTION. Here is ROUND 2!!! So if you missed out on some picture sleeves last month, here’s another opportunity. In this auction is 1 Beatles Picture Sleeve with 1 Beatles original Capitol orange-yellow swirl label 45 RPM record.
Here are the details about the item in this auction:
· “I WANT TO HOLD YOUR HAND” b/w “I SAW HER STANDING THERE” by The Beatles
· This is Capitol Records 5112.
· This record was issued December 26, 1963.
· The PICTURE SLEEVE is in VERY STRONG VG+ to NM MINUS CONDITION. There is VERY SLIGHT disk impression and a couple of VERY SLIGHT folds (NOT CREASES) near one corner. This is a NICE FLAT SLEEVE!!!
· This is a straight-cut EAST COAST SLEEVE.
· The VINYL with this sleeve is SPECIAL! It is the 1st PRESSING issued December 26, 1963. We know this because it has “Walter Hofer” listed as the publisher on the B-side.
· The VINYL is in NEAR MINT MINUS CONDITION.
This VERY NICE SLEEVE and RECORD are significant!!! It’s the BEATLES’ HIT SINGLE that catapulted them to the top of the U.S. Hit Record Charts!!!
