Description
I am selling some BEATLES and BEATLES-RELATED LPs from my collection. So, please check my other auctions.
In this auction:
· “Live Peace In Toronto 1969” by The Plastic Ono Band comprised of John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Eric Clapton, Klaus Voorman, and Alan White
· This LP is Apple Records SW - 3362.
· This is a stereo LP that was released in January, 1970.
· The LP has LIVE CONCERT VERSIONS of John Lennon compositions: “Yer Blues”, “Cold Turkey”, & “Give Peace a Chance”.
· Eric Clapton plays on this LP courtesy of Atlantic Records.
· Included with the LP is a JOHN & YOKO 1970 CALENDAR (with plastic spiral binding) that came inside the cover. The CALENDAR is in EXCELLENT CONDITION with VERY SLIGHT WEAR.
· This COVER is graded NICE VG+ CONDITION with light overall wear, such as: slight wear near the top of the front cover, some wear on the corners, and 4 small staple holes at top right (where an original price tag was attached).
· The VINYL is NEAR MINT with just a few very light surface hairlines and paper scuffs.
· But I’ve saved the BEST for last! This LP sometimes was issued with one of two stickers on it. The clear sticker with white print is the most common one. BUT, adhered to the rear cover of the LP in this auction is the RARER 3”x1.5” WHITE STICKER WITH BLUE PRINT that reads “INCLUDING JOHN AND YOKO 1970 CALENDAR” and the LP # “SW-3362”. I’ve only had one of these LPs with this sticker on it in my 30+ years of vinyl collecting!
