READ THIS! These records are NOT sold for perfect sound quality. They’re sold for their scarcity and VISUAL grading. They’ve been in storage for a decade, and they WILL play with surface noise that can be addressed with D4 or a VPI cleaning. I can’t test-play at the minute. Please don’t bid if this is a problem for you.

Beatles LP 1965 Rubber Soul MONO Canadian First Pressing NM/EX Vinyl!
Vinyl--- NM/ EX. Side 1 looks NM unplayed, side 2 is EX, with only a couple of very light angel hair scratches. There is a light dullness to both sides, due to age. Beautiful piece of vinyl!
Plates--- T18/ P18.
Cover--- Strong VG. Canadian covers were constructed much more strongly than U.S. covers. Thicker cardboard means that there are no splits, although the bottom right corner is beginning to. Uniformly yellowed around the borders.
All three references to Canada-printed cover are present, making this cover from the first-run. (See photos.)
Labels--- EX/NM. The sparklies in the photos aren’t dust specs. For those familiar with Canadian pressings, the labels were printed with ultra-high gloss. Side 1 label does have some wearing off of gloss around the title, side 2 label is NM.
Capitol Inner Sleeve--- VG. Generic white inner sleeve with die-cut holes for the labels to show.
RIAA: None.
As these records have been in storage for many years, they will play back with crackling and tics, however; a good moisturizing and cleaning with either D4 Discwasher or a VPI machine always clears them up. Thanks!)

(Please note: Regarding play-testing, my Technics turntable has somehow seized. The tone arm is stuck in the up position, and I can’t get it to fully return to its cradle. Is there anyone out there, who can tell me if this is an easy fix? Thanks!)
