A truly excellent example with superb audio.
A genuine UK 1st pressing dating to the December 4th 1964 release date.
This record positively dates to the original release date. The labels have the ‘Parlophone’ rim text, (this was to change to Gramophone within a few months). In addition to this, the labels carry the wording ‘RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1964’ this too was to change in a few months time to (P) 1964.
Happy Bidding and good luck!

CONDITION
Disc
Visual: EXCELLENT
A superb looking disc which has only received a moderate amount of play. The disc appears virtually unmarked in strong daylight. Under harsher light a number of light surface marks become visible none however are feelable or effect the audio in anyway.
Labels: EXCELLENT+
A strong set of labels with some light spindle trails indicating that this record has been played only a few amount of times. The KT tax code is visible on side one.
Audio: EXCELLENT+ to MINT-
A superb sounding disc with very little to fault. There is some occasional light surface noise but no deterioration to the music signals. Quieter tracks such as, I’m a loser, Baby’s in Black, I’ll Follow the Sun & I don’t want to Spoil the Party play without distraction and grade at mint or mint-.
Cover
EXCELLENT-
A genuine1964 Garrod & Lofthouse dark cover and most positively not a later replacement. Well preserved and difficult to find in this condition. The high gloss laminate is unworn and still retains much of its original sheen. There is some wear to the extremities of the spine but overall very little to fault.
Inner-sleeve EXC
Clean & correct 1964 ‘rice paper’ inner with no writing.
