Extremely rare let it be box set by the Beatles.
Lp is sealed and has the bottom left
corner cut off, mint
Book has split spine and pages falling out. Appears to be intact.
Cover is in poor shape, VG-
Tray is intact but is in poor shape and should be replaced

I use goldmine grades of Mint/sealed,NM, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-(will only sell this grade if the record is a true rarity).
