Description
This is the Beatles final released album Let It Be on their own APPLE label cat.no. PCS 7096 and on the dark green Apple label.
The labels are in superb condition, I can see hardly any spindle trails.
The stampers are GA3 to side one and RR3 to side 2 so quite an early pressing.
The matrix's to both sides are 2U also making it an early pressing.
Both sides of the disc are in lovely condition with a high shine to them, there are a few careless fingernail marks but these are not heard during playback.
There is a little crackling during the quieter moments, the is almost certainly static because the condition of the vinyl is so nice, a good professional clean may eradicate this.
As aforementioned the sleeve depicts the RED APPLE on the rear as were inserted into the lavish box set.
The sleeve is in overall nice condition with a great shine to it. There is a little rubbing at the bottom of the opening edge and a small amount on the spine. There are no intrusive creases to be seen.
The album comes with the correct white APPLE recordings inner sleeve which has no splits at all.
An overall nice record at a fair price given its rarity.
