THE BEATLES - 'LONG TALL SALLY'
This, their best compiled & best sounding 4-track EP release is a UK 1st pressing dating from initial June 1964 release on the black & yellow Parlophone label: GEP 8913
Both labels include the 'Sold in UK..' text & upper case 'The Parlophone Co. Ltd...' rim texts.
A faint 'KT' purchase tax code is present in the centre of the side 2 label & in both run-outs.
Matrix numbers: 7TCE 822-1N & 7TCE 823-1N
Stamper codes: 3,7/TH & 3/GDG
The disc is housed within its original front laminated, bi-flipback picture cover.

A perfectly clean & unworn pair with just a small handful of barely visible spindle trails around each centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Pristine. deep-gloss playing surface which are completely unworn and unmarked on strong daylight, revealing just a few harmless wispy paper hairlines upon close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp.
Sound Quality: NEAR MINT
A truly wonderful sounding EP with super clean and extremely powerful sound unmatched by any other source. Played just a handful of times on quality equipment, my single careful play-check found absolutely no traces of any groove/play wear distortion, clicks, ticks or crackle. In fact, apart from a hint of normal light vinyl background on the run-ins, there is nothing to fault on this superb copy.
Cover: NEAR MINT
An immaculate example of this easily blemished cover which belies its 48 years. The front panel is clean, white and gloss with just that unavoidable inner-ring impression, but no 'thumbnails' or any other signs of wear. All corners & both opening edges are undamaged & the rear panel is completely unblemished in every way. No need to upgrade this.
