This is a somewhat rare and collectible record given its overall condition. Note that Andy White, not Ringo Starr, is on drums! Details as follows:

Matrix numbers are 63-3188 (A-side) & 63-3189 (B-side)

Engraved 63-6/88 / Audiomatrix / URJ (A-side) & 63-6/89 / Audiomatrix / URJ (B-side) [perhaps a reference to them being recorded in 1963]
Small square sticker attached to label on B-side
Small seam split at bottom of sleeve
PLAY TESTED - Very little surface noise
I am not a professional grader, but I would judge the grading to be VG+ for the record and VG for the sleeve based on the descriptions at discogs dot com
