This strong EXCELLENT UK MONO pressing of their double EP set dates from initial December 1967 release.
On the black/silver Parlophone label: MMT 1
Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18435-1/4-1 & 7XCE 18436-1/7-2
Stamper codes: 7/GOR, 3/RDT & 1/M, 11/GRM
Housed in an outer laminated gatefold cover with 24-page colour booklet inside, including central blue lyric sheet.
Complete with original white inner-sleeves.
CONDITION
Discs: 1. EXCELLENT 2. EXCELLENT +
Both discs have been lightly played and retain clean, deep-gloss playing surfaces bearing just a couple of light marks on disc 1 but nothing at all on disc 2. All tracksplay without any groove/playwear distortion and minimal vinyl background on the run-ins and between tracks.
Cover: EXCELLENT +
A striking example of this lavish cover which retains a sparkling unworn laminate all round and no yellowing or discolouration. Inside all pages are clean & intact with no rusting to the staples holding the central lyric sheet. Aside from a little shelfwear to the lower left corner, there is little to fault on this beauty.
