In PERFECT mint and unplayed condition, this scarce UK Special Limited Edition PROMOTIONAL 2 CLEAR Vinyl LP Set was Issued by Parlophone UK in 1993.
Strawberries Oceans Ships Forests, was the FIRST of the Official, Exclusive and Experimental McCartney ‘FIREMAN’ Projects to be released, where Paul joined forces with Youth Musicians of today and features Paul’s music in a remarkable Ambient/Dance style.
This AWESOME Original UK 1st Issue Parlophone TWO Clear Vinyl LP Set is on the UNIQUE Custom ‘Fireman’ Record Labels, Record 1 Displaying a RED Fireman Label to one LP and a GREEN Fireman label to the other. The album contains NINE lengthy tracks.
The official side 1 Parlophone matrix is: PCSD 145 A-1-1/Side 2: PCSD 145 B-1-1/Side 3: PCSD 145 C-1-1/Side 4: PCSD 145 D-1/1.
The albums are protected in a RED one side and GREEN the other, Card Outer Sleeve with the wording ‘Strawberries Oceans Ships Forest’ printed around the top of the front and reverse of the top of the sleeve. The spine simply reads ‘The Fireman – Strawberries Oceans Ships forest’.
The Record Labels are in **mint** condition –they look New. Both Discs are in SUPER PRESERVED **mint** condition, the Vinyl looks UNPLAYED. The Sleeve too is in SUPER excellent plus condition. A very nice bright, clean sleeve, with just a little mild record indentation, and a couple of scratches to the front of the sleeve, but this is minimal. The spine too is in GREAT SHAPE, as are the edges and corners.
One of the HARDEST TO FIND UK Parlophone McCartney ‘Fireman’ VINYL Releases and an IMPRESSIVE example – not to be missed.
