US 1st pressing and 1st VERSION (VARIANT) of this edition (no BMI/ASCAP), which is the rarest version. Matrix numbers: G4/G4 IAM (Scranton pressing) - RIAA # 3. Without the word "Subsidiary" and the copyrights "BMI" and "ASCAP" on both Capitol "Rainbow" labels. "BEATLES" logo in olive green/tan colour. No credit to George Martin on rear cover. Original Capitol blue inner sleeve.
