Description
I have been a collector of 45s from the 1950s and 1960s for the past 55 years and have been collecting the Beatles US picture sleeves and 45s since they were first issued 50 years ago. I have continuously upgraded my collection over the years.
The Beatles picture sleeves and records I have listed on eBay are my personal collection. I completed my personal collection many years ago and all of the sleeves and records listed are original first issues. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
I have also been an audiophile for 40 years (analog only). The records listed have been play-graded on high quality equipment (turntable, tone-arm, cartridge, pre-amp, amp, speakers, and subwoofers). My system picks up the slightest surface noise on vinyl; i.e., ticks, pops, hiss, and sibilants due to groove wear. The standard I have used in adding a record to my collection has been how well it played (no surface noise present) in addition to how it looked. Over my years of collecting I have continuously upgraded my personal collection of Beatles records to where almost all of them play as new. To me, this means quiet surfaces; i.e., no ticks, pops, crackle, or hiss in the music or the dead wax.
The grade I have given the listed 45s is the play grade of the vinyl. Most of the records have very few spins on a turntable. I have not graded the labels because the pictures of the labels speak for themselves. Consistent with the play grade of the record, the labels show very little, if any, wear.
This 45 is All You Need Is Love/Baby, You’re A Rich Man, Capitol 5964. It was issued on July 17, 1967.
Play Grade: Mint
The vinyl looks and plays mint. There are no scratches, scuffs, or marks of any kind on the vinyl. There are no ticks, pops, crackle, hiss or any other kind of surface noise with the music or in the run-ins or run-outs. All you will hear is the music.
There is a white spot in the run-out on the A side and in the record grooves on the B side but the music is not affected. It apparently was some foreign material that was in the wax and pressed into the vinyl.
Payment, Shipping, and Returns:
Please do not remit payment until you receive an invoice. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All shipping boxes and other shipping materials are new. Each 45 is packaged in a custom made 45 mailing box along with protective insert stiffeners. Shipping costs include only the actual costs of shipping and the required shipping materials. Shipping within the US is USPS 1st Class Mail and the cost is $4.00.
Shipping costs vary widely outside the US. International shipping service is USPS International. For all locations outside the US please contact me for an exact shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for any customs or import duties.
Satisfaction guaranteed. Notification of intent to return a sleeve must be made within 48 hours of receiving the sleeve and must be returned to me within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable and the buyer pays return shipping. A returned sleeve must be packaged in the same manner in which it was received and I must receive it in the same condition as it was received by the buyer.
