Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and they will have a grade below that. Liverpool Sound Collage (credited to Paul McCartney, The Beatles, and Super Furry Animals)-"Free Now" Hydra FREE 002, a one sided UK import 45, released in 2000. This is a very scarce promo pressing. Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in NM condition. This will come in a plain white sleeve. Very rare Paul vinyl (and the only record I'm aware of that credits a solo Beatle plus "The Beatles"); rumored to have had only 2000 pressed, but I can't verify that.
Plus, a bonus McCartney UK promo 45, "Figure Of Eight"/"Ou Est Le Soleil?", Parlophone RDJ 6235, released in 1989. Record has two small cracks at the edge, one of which slightly goes into the playing surface; I checked and it caused no problems with play on my system. Otherwise, this would be in NM condition. Picture sleeve is NM-, with a sticker on the back.
