Paul McCartney-"This One" Capitol white label promotional 45, PRO-79700, released 1989. Vinyl is in near mint to near mint minus condition, with one very light scuff mark on one side, probably from removing it from the sleeve, as the vinyl appears unplayed. Other side is flawless. Labels are also in near mint condition. Original Capitol sleeve issued with this 45 is in VG+ condition, lightly wrinkled and with two extremely small tears along the top. One of the rarest Beatles related 45's, group or solo. This books in my 2004 Goldmine price guide at $400.00 in NM condition. A must have for any Beatles/McCartney collection.
