Beatles~Please Please Me UK Parlophone PCS 3042. EJ Day cover, Angus McBean Photo Credit front bottom right.3rd Press, or 1st Yellow & Black Parlophone Label.
This has the additional very small 33 1/3 which was left over from the gold labels (near the centre hole).
These elusive labels are even rarer than the "Northern Songs" Golds, and for many years went un-noticed till very recently.
Stampers used were 1M/1G ( as for this copy ) & 1P/1G from pressing machine 2, and as of yet, no 1O/1G has ever surfaced with this label.. BUT one has just recently surfaced oddly on a 5th Press Type 1!
ConditionAll items are original pressings , no bootlegs or CDrs unless noted.marks only
RECORD/CD-VG+..some ligh scuffing and the odd pop & crackle as you would expect
COVER/insert-VG+..general wear... as per scan
