Beatles. Please Please Me. 4th UK Parlo Press 1963. No 'recording first published' label copy. Factory Sample. Earlier EJ Day Sleeve with Angus McBean credit copy ranged right.
Vinyl: Lots of sheen and shine in natural light, but please note a number of hairlines on either side when held up to the light/lamplight. EX.
Cover: A better example of this earlier Angus McBean credit EJ Day cover that I have seen in a long time. Heavy and robust with a solid spine and undamaged opening. Some creasing on the front, and a bit of flipback damage on the rear, inc tear on bottom right (see pix). Also 4 tiny pen crosses against track listing on rear [see pix]. Still for this 'earlier' cover version, would grade between EX/EX+
Inner: Standard 'Emitex'. Crisp but with some creases.
Labels: Clean but with some spindling on both sides (see pix).
