Welcome to my auctions....The time has come to sell my huge record collection over the next weeks/months...so check out my other vinyl listed, more added each week.
I am a private collector, selling my collection, I am not a dealer. Due to poor hearing, The record is sold as visually inspected so please base your bidding solely on this not what it might sound/play like. Even the most visually stunning record can have background noise, if you want perfect audio then please find another copy with audio gradings.
The Beatles - Please Please Me - Gold and Black Parlophone labels - Mono - 1963 Rare 1st UK Pressing - Both sides have 1st variant labels bearing the 'Dick James Mus.' credits on tracks 1, 2, 6 & 7 on side 1 and 4 & 6 on side 2 - Super Rare ZMT Tax Code around side 1 spindle - Earliest Mother/Stampers 1A/1M - Earliest Mono Flipback Ernest J Day Sleeve with Angus McBean Credit in furthest right corner

Both sides Have NO Deep Marks and NO Deep Scratches, There are a few light marks and hairlines/scratches that are very fine, a couple of these although very fine can be slightly felt, apart from these there are at most the faintest of sleeve removal signs under very strong light. It really is a nice copy, not over played or battered.It has a really nice shine. It is sold as visually described and bidding should be based only on that not on how it may play.
Both Labels are in Stunning condition with no wear and no obvious signs of being played even in strong light...see photos
Earliest 1st Press Flipback Mono Sleeve has some laminate creasing to edges. Some very slight rubbing to front. Quite a lot of wear to corners, spine is solid and fully readable with small creases running though, a few scratches to laminate on front visable when held in strong light. Back is flat and generally clean but has damage to bottom flipback (not visable just looking but has split all the way along flipback. A little scuff wear along 'Paul McCartney'. I have been very critical as it is not perfect and does have wear/damage but is 53 years old. Ernest J Day Sleeve...see photos.
Original EMITEX Inner is solid and flat with a small seem split on one edge and slight split near opening.
I will describe any flaws such as wear to sleeves, scuffs, marks or scratches to vinyl and describe them honestly, if you expect a better condition than I have listed then you need to learn to read. I will grade based on visual inspection under artificial light. PLEASE remember this is Vinyl...even brand new vinyl can have clicks and pops...that's part of its charm...if you want perfect audio without background noise...how about CD's or MP3's? Due to my poor hearing, The record is sold as visually inspected so please base your bidding solely on this, in the event that a record may not play well or have background noise no refund will be given because I have no way of verifying and as such, if you place a bid you are acknowledging this.
