1963 UK 4th *STEREO* PRESSING LP
On the black & yellow Parlophone label: PCS 3042
Both labels carry the 'Recording First Published' text but omit the 'Sold in UK..' text.
A single letter 'K' tax/price code is visible on the side 2 label.
Housed in an early front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed cover with the large stereo logo.
Complete with its original 'Use Emitex' poly-lined inner-sleeve.

An immaculate set with just one or two faint spindle marks around the hole on either side, otherwise 'as new'.
Visual: NEAR MINT
Both sides of this remarkable disc are pristine & completely unmarked when viewed in strong daylight, reavealing literally just one or two barely visible wispy paper hairlines beneath halogen light - I really struggled to find them. Both sides lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
I guarantee that this disc will not require upgrading.
Play: NEAR MINT
Played possibly just two or three times, the sound quality is 'as new' throughout with absolutely no traces of any audible wear. Both run-ins and all bands play silently and there is no playwear to any track or channel. You will not be disappointed with this copy's sparkling sound.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
A clean and strong example with a bright & glossy front panel which bears just some light wrinkles from handling but no major creases or wear. The corners display some minor storagewear rubbing but no bumps. Both opening edges have slight wear but are undamaged. The rear panel is the weak link here with some staining towards the mouth and three tiny handwritten prices just under the upper flipback. However, all flipbacks are intact and in-place and both seams and the spine are fully intact & undamaged.
Inner-sleeves
EXCELLENT
Clean & white with just some normal light storagewear but no tears or splits.
