CONDITION
Disc
Labels: NEAR MINT
An immaculate pair with just a single, barely visible spindle trail to the side 2 centre hole but no other blemishes or wear.
Visual: EXCELLENT +
Both surfaces of this beautiful copy are unmarked & 'as new' when viewed in strong daylight with absolutely no surface marks or scratches to either playing surface. Close examination beneath my halogen desk lamp reveals just a sparkling rainbow gloss & some wispy inner-sleeve paper hairlines from inner-sleeve removal, but no other visual blemishes. As a result of careful storage throughout its life, both sides of this exquisite disc lie 100% flat on the turntable with no signs of dishing or warping.
Play: EXCELLENT +
This disc has clearly been barely played and show no signs of any groove/play wear throughout just sparkling stereo reproduction on every track. Apart from an occasional light tick on the bands between some tracks my careful play check at volume detected no other audible faults or distractions. Very hard to upgrade this copy.
Cover
NEAR MINT
Hard to believe that this cover is 44 years old - it look as if it could have been bought this morning.
The front panel is pristine with a totally unscratched and undamaged high.gloss front panel laminate which bears no 'thumbnails' spine bends or any other traces of wear whatsoever.
In fact apart from the tiniest of bruising to the lower corner this could grade 'MINT'.
Both opening edges are completely unworn and the rear panel is perfectly clean & snow-white with no yellowing, marks or blemishes anywhere.
All flipbacks both seams and the spine are in perfect 'as new' and unworn condition. You will not find a better example.
Inner-sleeve
EXCELLENT +
