DESCRIPTION: Beatles Lp- Please Please Me. In front laminated flipback sleeve with matrix ending -1/-1 and correct poly lined EMITEX inner. Black and Yellow labels with "The Parlophone..", "Recording First Published" and without "Sold In UK". EJ day cover with large MONO. LABEL & CAT NUMBER: Parlophone PMC1202 YEAR AND COUNTRY OF RELEASE: 1963, UK. CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): VG+/VG. Vinyl is really clean with a nice dark sheen. Please note I also dont make any allowance for age- this is nearly 50 years old but I would grade a 2014 release to the same standard. Played majority of this on my budget deck today. Plays Excellent, clear, clean and loud.. Sleeve is in very nice shape. It is firm and square. It has only light edgewear, near moderate cornerwear and light creasing.Nice shape to fully ledgible spine. Rear of sleeve is very clean and white without the usual tea stains, discolouration and writing.. Couple of areas where top flipback has been caught and chipped/peeled back. No writing, rips, sticker tears, splits etc. The inner is the correct poly lined emitex and its clean with no splits. Nice all round complete Yellow and Black Uk copy. Grading system: While I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading System please note that GRADINGS ARE VISUAL UNLESS STATED. surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN TOP QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS.. IF YOU HAVE 0 FEEDBACK PLEASE EMAIL ME PRIOR TO BIDDING OR I WILL CANCEL YOUR BID.
