Condition
The record itself has some very minor scratches from wear and tear but nothing serious.
The inner sleeve containing the record is in good condition as can be seen in the photos.
The outer sleeve is NOT in mint condition. The binding at the bottom of the sleeve has come away unfortunately. There are also signs of wear on the corners and sleeve but given it's age the sleeve is in a reasonable condition.
Pressing
Having researched the label online the record is a first pressing due to the Dick James Mus Co credits on the label. The price I'm starting the bidding at reflects this and the condition of the item.
