Description

I’m putting up for auction more BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVES & MATCHING 45 RPM RECORDS that I’ve had for many years. So, if you want to begin a collection of Beatles Singles Picture Sleeves, you may want to check out my other auctions, too.

 

In this auction is 1 Beatles Picture Sleeve with 1 Beatles original VJ 45 RPM record.

 

Here are the details:

 

·       “PLEASE PLEASE ME” b/w “FROM ME TO YOU” by The Beatles 

·       This is a 7-INCH RECORD issued by VEE JAY (VJ) RECORDS.

·       This is VJ-581 with the VJ brackets logo on the labels.

·       This record was issued January, 1964. 

·       The VINYL is NEAR MINT, however, there are some small circular scribbles in ballpoint on the “Please Please Me” side at the 2:00 o’clock position. (Check images.)

·        The PICTURE SLEEVE is in VERY STRONG VG to VG+ CONDITION. There is a small tear at the opening. There are NO SEAM SPLITS. There is just a hint of light ring wear and disk impression. There are aa couple of light creases and folds at bottom left (on Ringo’s pants and Paul’s arm), and a light partial diagonal fold/crease beside George’s head but not heavy creasing. YOU KNOW THAT THIS IS A VERY TOUGH SLEEVE TO FIND THESE DAYS IN DECENT CONDITION! (Check out the images!!!)

·       IT’S A NICE and HARD-TO-FIND BEATLES PICTURE SLEEVE AND RECORD TO ADD TO YOUR BEATLES’ VINYL COLLECTION!!
