The Beatles ‘REVOLVER’ album - considered one of most ICONIC and COLLECTIBLE Albums of the 20th Century - was released by Parlophone UK in 1966. EXTREMELY SOUGHT AFTER by Collectors around the World today.

Album Description/Condition:

This ORIGINAL 1966 UK Parlophone HEAVYWEIGHT 12” MONO Vinyl LP is on the traditional Black and Yellow Parlophone Label, with ‘The Gramophone Co Ltd’ label rim, with ‘Sold in UK…..’ and ‘Made in Gt. Britain’ label text.

Both record labels are in IMPESSIVE excellent condition, a nice set of UNDAMAGED record labels, with no discolouration or fading to any of the printed text, and nothing more than just a few light centre spider trails.

(The side 2 record label track 4 is printed as DOCTOR ROBERT)

Side 1 matrix: XEX 605-2 and Side 2 XEX 606-2.
Side 1 stampers: 4 RHT and Side 2: 1 RDA.
The embossed ‘KT’ tax/price code visible to the centre of the side 2 record label.

BOTH sides of the HEAVYWEIGHT vinyl surfaces are in excellent condition, all that is visible are a few light surface hairlines to either side. There are NO deep scratches or scuffs visible.

Audio Quality:

ALL tracks play well, with just mild background crackle, and the odd click, but no skips.

The album comes in its ORIGINAL ‘Made in Gt Britain’ Inner Bag, which is in RESPECTABLE very good condition, NO seam splits, and just some age discolouration, and light creasing.

…And is housed in an ORIGINAL, Front LAMINATED, FIRST ISSUE Patents Pending Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve, printed ‘mono’ to the top right hand corner of the front of the sleeve, and with three flip backs to the reverse.

The Garrod & Lofthouse sleeve is in excellent minus condition. The Laminated front panel is clean and still retains it GLOSS SHINE. The reverse panel of the sleeve is in very good condition, showing just some light rubbing to the black area, and a small crease to the bottom flip back, the previous owners name is written in ink at the top of the sleeve in the dark area.The spine edge is UNDAMAGED and clearly printed ‘Revolver-The Beatles’.

A respectable example of this ICONIC Beatles UK ORIGINAL Mono LP, which is now 45 years old.
