Description

Here are 4 rare Beatles albums with hard-to-find recordings, featuring each of the Fab Four in their later solo careers.

--  The May Pang Tapes:  Unreleased recordings made by John Lennon during his “lost weekend” in Los Angeles in 1973.  These tracks were recorded with Phil Spector for Lennon’s Rock ‘n’ Roll album.  Alternate takes include “Ain’t That A Shame”, “Thirty Days”, “That’ll Be The Day” and many others.  Record looks MINT; like new; cover is a generic white jacket with paper insert.

--  Paul McCartney: Back in the U.S.A. is a giant 3-LP set with Paul’s concert of November 23, 1989 at the Forum in Los Angeles.  McCartney performs many Beatles, Wings, and solo classics as well as oldies like “Twenty Flight Rock” and “Ain’t That A Shame”; concert ends with him recreating the closing medley from the Beatles’ Abbey Road album.  Records are red, white, and blue vinyl and in mint condition, as is the fold-out jacket.  A great souvenir of one of Paul’s most memorable tours.

--  Ringo Starr & His All-Star Band: Live from The Pacific Amphitheatre presents a recording of Ringo’s concert at that venue on September 2, 1989 (from the same time period as Paul McCartney’s live album, listed above).  Record (white vinyl) and jacket are both M/NM; look brand new!

--  Traveling Wilburys Volume 3 ( STILL SEALED!) is the second (and last) album recorded by one of rock & roll’s great supergroups: George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, and Jeff Lynne (there was no Volume 2).  Roy Orbison, an original member of the group, had passed away before this album was recorded. Record is still sealed – brand new!
